Congratulations to Caroline & Allan who married at Dunglass on Wednesday 19th August 2015 in the perfect midweek wedding. Following a ceremony in the Dunglass Chapel, the couple were piped down the aisle and inside the marquee by Gary Young.
Guests were treated to Canapes including:
- Haggis bon bon with whisky marmalade
- Thai fish cake served with chilli and lime sauce
- Goat’s cheese & sundried tomato profiteroles
The couple chose warm goats cheese served on a chilli crostini with rosemary oil and roast vine tomatoes for their starter, and carved roast beef fillet served with horseradish dauphinoise and braised red cabbage for their main course. A dessert of sticky toffee pudding served with caramel sauce and Chantilly cream, followed.
The marquee was decorated with an elegant theme, each guest table had a candlelit centrepiece over silver metal heart confetti sprinkled confetti.
