Please join us in welcoming Ian Muckett to the newly created role of planning director. In addition to enhancing the sales, planning and account management plan, his new role also involves the management and development of the wedding and corporate hospitality venue Dunglass Estate in East Lothian, which GH Event Catering assumed sole management of last year, under a ten-year lease agreement.
Ian has invaluable experience in the hospitality industry at a senior level with past positions including; general manager at Signet Library, Carlowrie Castle and senior hospitality manager at Heritage Portfolio. Ian brings a huge amount of passion, enthusiasm, drive and motivation to help further grow and develop GH Event Catering and Dunglass Estate.
Ian will play a pivotal role in contributing to this rapidly expanding, catering company’s strong growth plans to double its turnover in the next financial year, building on the huge success of the last two financial years.
